- Medium Enterprise: Investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed Rs. 10 crore, and annual turnover does not exceed Rs. 5 crore.
Please note that these figures may have been revised since then, so it’s essential to verify the current thresholds with the relevant government authorities.
